“A bill will be submitted to Parliament at the beginning of January in particular to transform the health pass into a vaccination pass, and tighten the conditions of control and sanctions against false passes”, he continued.
It is not admissible that the refusal of a few million French people to be vaccinated puts the life of an entire country at risk and undermines the daily life of a vast majority of French people who have played along since the start of this crisis.

“I will proceed to the preliminary consultations on this project at the beginning of next week, as well as on any other useful provision to extend the vaccination as much as possible. We assume that it is a constraint on the unvaccinated, because the critical care and resuscitation services of our hospitals are filled, for the most part, with unvaccinated people ”, explained the head of government.

The deadline for accessing the vaccine booster will be reduced to four months instead of five.
