FRANCE BLUE INFO | Kévin Garnier is the new coach of US Changed (football)

It’s been a hectic summer at the Changed US. After the dismissal of Alain Denis, who arrived at the head of the first team in June, the leaders have already found his successor.

This is Kévin Garnier, 34-year-old coach, born in Villefranche-sur-Saône. The technician remained for almost 22 years in the AS Misérieux-Trévoux club, north of Lyon. There, he will have trained almost all categories: from the U11s to the first team with a rise to Regional 1 in 2020.

Kevin Garnier is holder, since June 2021, of the Higher State Diploma (DES). He spent seven weeks of training last year alongside several big names in football: Rio Mavuba, Benoît Pedretti, Thibault Giresse. Contacted, Joël Ferron, one of the presidents of the US Changed, confirmed that the coach had already arrived in Mayenne and that he is leading the session for this Wednesday evening.

Kévin Garnier will take over a team marked by a complicated summer. The National 3 championship resumes in ten days with the reception of Pouzauges (6 p.m.) at the Auguste Dalibard stadium.
