This Thursday, October 13, France Bleu Pays de Savoie and the Chablais chef Claude Legras will delight you live on the Thonon market!

The #FranceBleu market tour is back for a second season and is stopping off this Thursday, October 13 in Haute-Savoie!

France Bleu Pays de Savoie sets up its mobile kitchen on the Thonon-les-Bains market from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and invites chef Claude Legras to cook for you live, with market products, alongside Karine Roye.

A gastronomic and economic challenge

With 30€, the chef will be responsible for shopping on the market and cooking live on the radio a complete menu (starter, main course, dessert) for 6 people!

A starred chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France!

Claude Legras, a very young retiree, was a two-star chef at the restaurant Le Floris, in Anières, near Geneva in Chablais Switzerland. He also obtained the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France.

Chef with character, he defines himself above all as an artisan cook.
