It is an unmissable event that opens in the Basque Country this Sunday. With the pelota world championships in Biarritz
(and in four towns in the territory), the entire pelota planet is gathered in the northern Basque Country, which has not happened since 1994. From October 23 to 29, Biarritz, Bidart, Bayonne and Hasparren will host the games bare hand, pala, cesta punta, xare, frontball, etc. Throughout the event and even until October 30, France Bleu Pays Basque shares with you the fervor and emotions of this competition.

From Monday to Friday, it’s live from Jai Alai in Biarritz that Stéphane Garcia (Monday) and Lucas Aizpurua (Tuesday to Friday) will meet you to talk about rugby news
but also, from 6:30 p.m., Basque pelota. All the news from the World Cup, the performances of the French, the summaries of the day’s games and the extras of this event will be to be followed daily in 100% Pelote on France Bleu Pays Basque (with a special from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday ).

- 4 p.m. – gum paleta finals (Modern trinquet in Bayonne)
- 8 p.m. – team bare-handed final (Berria to Hasparren)
Saturday :
- 10 a.m. – final bare hand wall on the left (Plaza berri in Biarritz)
- 11 a.m. – team bare hand final on the left wall (Plaza berri in Biarritz)
- 4 p.m. – cesta punta finals (jai alai de Biarritz)
