Half-marathon Locronan – Plogonnec – Quimper 2022

PRESENTATION OF THE EVENTS OF MARCH 20, 2022 LOCRONAN/QUIMPER

  • new this year the half-marathon runners will take the greenway in the town of Guengat
  • 1:00 p.m. departure of the 10 km Plogonnec (district of Croëzou) arrival of the 1st around 1:30 p.m. on the quays in Quimper
  • 2:30 p.m. start of the half-marathon in Locronan, passing through the village of Plogonnec, then on the greenway in Guengat and arrival on the quays in Quimper (1st shortly after 3:30 p.m.)
  • from 10:30 a.m.: youth races for 8/14 year olds in Locronan
  • from 12:00 p.m.: youth races for 8/14 year olds in Quimper

Two actions:

  • special action dedicated to the visually impaired: Jason Grandry, blind judoka, 2 times French Handi-Judo Champion over 100kg will run the half-marathon: accompanied at the start and finish of children monitored by the IPIDV (initiative for the inclusion of the visually impaired); They will also be accompanied by a platoon from the gendarmerie school
  • Action by the students of the Sainte Thérèse Quimper high school in favor of the “Loisirs Pluriels” association
