Jars&co is an association created at the end of March 2021 by Catherine and Nadeige Ruppli, two enthusiastic and motivated carriers. The association revolves around 3 activities: reuse, to set up a circuit for the reuse of jars, processing, to develop the practice of preserving in jars and training, to train and raise awareness of preservation techniques in jar.
