France Bleu Béarn Bigorre is directly from the Béarn markets of Monday December 6 to Sunday December 12. In partnership with the Departmental Council of Pyrénées-Atlantiques your radio station invites you to discover the work of school canteen chefs in Béarn.

The chef’s mission live on France Bleu Béarn Bigorre

Every morning, a canteen chef from Béarn does his market live on France Bleu with 50 euros in your pocket. Its mission: to supply itself with fresh and local products, within the limit of its budget for prepare a full meal (starter dish dessert) for 5 people. The chef then joins the mobile kitchen of France Bleu Béarn Bigorre where he has one hour to cook in front of your eyes, and you do taste live its specialties.
