The mission of Chef Damien Cazaux is to supply himself with fresh and local products on the market of the Halle Marcadieu, within the limit of his budget of 30 € to prepare a complete meal (starter, main course, dessert) for 6 people. The Chef then joins the mobile kitchen of France Bleu Béarn Bigorre where he has one hour to cook before your eyes, and let you taste his specialties live.
