New escape from a psychiatric hospital in Toulouse. A patient escaped from the Gérard-Marchant psychiatric hospital reports this Saturday, January 29, France Bleu Occitanie. From a judicial source at France Télévisions, this man is 43 years old and was indicted for raping his partner in 2011. A dismissal was then pronounced in 2013 as well as his placement in a psychiatric hospital.
