A news that we would do well. In a press release published on Wednesday June 22, the French Rugby Federation (FFR) reported the positive tests of four members of the XV of France. Coaches Laurent Labit and Shaun Edwards, and players Max Spring (Racing 92) and Aymeric Luc (RC Toulon) tested positive for Covid-19. “As a result, they were put in solitary confinement“, said the federation.
In their 2022 Summer Tour, the XV of France must play two test matches against the Cherry Blossoms of Japan, July 2 and 9. “The FFR Medical Committee immediately contacted the Japanese Federation to inform it and define the action to be taken. The people concerned will join the France group when their medical condition allows it.“, adds the press release.
