The Nancy administrative court confirmed on Thursday December 27 the dismissal of four former BAC night agents, for harassment of one of their colleagues, France Bleu Sud Lorraine learned.

In March 2022, six civil servants had already been dismissed from their posts, by decision of the Ministry of the Interior. Found guilty of harassment, they were then sentenced last June to sentences of six months suspended to two years in prison, including 18 months suspended.

Four of them then challenged this revocation at the beginning of December with the Nancy administrative court. But this latest legal decision confirms the decision.

Acts of insubordination and moral harassment

The court clarified that “the administrative judge noted that the repeated actions of these four police officers towards one of their colleagues, of North African origin, constituted moral harassment and had the effect of degrading his working conditions and his health between September 2017 and December 2018”noted France Bleu Sud Lorraine.

The magistrate also took into account acts of insubordination towards his superior for one of the police officers, and acts of moral harassment committed against three other colleagues for the other.
