The High Authority for Transparency in Public Life (HATVP) issued a favorable opinion on Tuesday, a source familiar with the matter told franceinfo. His file must now be validated by the parliamentary committees and then the Council of Ministers.

Passionate about trains, he had already chaired the Transport Infrastructure Financing Agency (Afit) since July.
