The head of French diplomacy must go to Boutcha for a visit of “the martyr city” at the end of the morning. Catherine Colonna will hand over civil security equipment (fire trucks and ambulances) “offered by France to the Ukrainian authorities“. Then she will return to kyiv in the afternoon.

During her visit, Catherine Colonna will meet Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, as well as his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kouleba.
Finally, the Minister will take the opportunity to greet the staff of the French Embassy in kyiv “whose exemplary commitment has enabled France to remain alongside the Ukrainian people and our nationals in Ukraine since the beginning of the war“.
