Special day for Kate Middleton and Prince William. The royal couple celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary on Saturday April 29, 2023 by sharing a photo of themselves on their page instagram common. “12 years”, with a heart was noted in legend. In the photo, which was taken by photographer Matt Porteous last year, the Prince and Princess of Wales are shown cycling through the Norfolk countryside with their arms around each other .
Harry’s older brother wore a navy button-up shirt paired with faded jeans and black sunglasses, while his wife opted for skinny jeans with a white eyelet shirt and white trainers. All complemented by a beige shoulder bag, her diamond and sapphire engagement ring and a pair of sunglasses placed on her head.

Matt Porteous had taken a series of photos in 2022 at Sandringham (one of the official royal residences of the family, editor’s note). Some of these snaps were shared on Christmas Day and Mother’s Day last year.
As a reminder, William and Kate were married in 2011 at Westminster Abbey during a service performed by the then Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams. This 12th anniversary comes the day after a moving visit. Parents of George, Charlotte and Louis traveled to Aberfan to pay their respects to the 116 children and 28 adults who tragically died on October 21, 1966 when thousands of tonnes of manure engulfed Pantglas Junior School.
And in a week, King Charles and Queen Camilla will be crowned in the same place when they are crowned on May 6.
