The RN candidate is however still looking for support: Éric Zemmour and Nicolas Dupont-Aignan are the only candidates to have called to vote for her on April 24.
No negotiation on the merits either to be expected, so as not to repeat the error of 2017 with an amended program to obtain the support of Nicolas Dupont-Aignan. Marine Le Pen does not want to be vampirized by outside arrivals. For this second-round campaign which is beginning, there is no question of abandoning the key theme of purchasing power. “I do not negotiate anything. I have a project and my project is coherent”, assures Marine Le Pen. As a remote response to Emmanuel Macron: during his trip to Pas-de-Calais on Monday April 11, the president and candidate for his re-election thus said he was ready to “move” on the pension reform and “to open the door“a postponement of the retirement age to 64, rather than 65,”if there is too much tension” and “it can build consensus“.
