For other patients, it is recommended tocall your doctor first or a doctor who can receive it, before going to the emergency room. In the event of a felt emergency and it is impossible to reach a doctor, you must call 15. At the Samu, the regulating doctor will assess the situation, and depending on the seriousness and urgency of the treatment, patients will be allowed to go to the hospital emergency department. It could happen again
