In the last part of their sixth report, the IPCC experts once again underline the urgency of the climate challenge: greenhouse gas emissions have never been so high, and the chances of keeping a world “livable” are reduced. But these specialists also offer scenarios to mitigate global warming. According to the IPCC, on earth, the richest 10% of households account for up to 45% of emissions.
