The hearing of the child of Delphine and Cédric Jubillar, aged seven, by the judges, is one thing “indecent”, declared Friday, December 3 the lawyer of Cédric Jubillar, Me Alexandre Martin, on arrival at the Toulouse courthouse, reports France Bleu Occitanie. His client, the main suspect in this murder investigation, was heard by judges on Friday for the second time since his imprisonment in June, nearly a year after the disappearance of his wife Delphine.
“If the prosecution wants to hold Cédric Jubillar’s guilt on the word of a six-year-old child heard a year later, it’s really that they have nothing, he added. I find those who do that to be irresponsible. Those who broadcast what this child may have said, those who find it useful to hear this child three times in a year, I find that indecent. “

Cédric Jubillar is again questioned Friday morning in Toulouse by the two judges in charge of the case of the disappearance of his wife almost a year ago. In the office of the two investigating judges, Cédric Jubillar will be confronted with the statements of his little boy. Seven-year-old Louis has been heard again in recent days. According to information from franceinfo, the little boy still evokes an argument between his parents, around 11 p.m. He explains that they were talking loudly which prompted him to get up to go and see. According to the child, Cédric Jubillar was holding his wife and she was telling her to stop. Cedric Jubillar then replied that since it is like that, they will separate, says the young boy. Cédric Jubillar will also have to explain the cries of distress heard that evening by two neighbors of the family.
Cédric Jubillar always proclaims his innocence. He has been imprisoned since June 2021 and indicted for the murder of his wife Delphine. Heard a month and a half ago about his conflicted relationship with Delphine Jubillar, he must explain himself on the night when the 33-year-old nurse disappeared. It was between December 15 and 16, 2020, when they were in their house in Cagnac-les-Mines, with their two children.
