Food fair | Gourmet madness at Royalmount

There will be a 30,000 square foot high-end food court that can accommodate up to 900 people at Royalmount.

Named Le Fou Fou, the space designed by the architects and designers of LemayMichaud (Club Med Charlevoix, Strom Québec, etc.) will host twelve different culinary offerings and four bars.

Our local culinary talents, including Hanhak Kim (Bar Otto), will marry at least one chef from elsewhere, Tony Messina, from Los Angeles.

We have to believe that beef will be in the spotlight, with the presence of Lenny Lighter (Moishes), Peter Katsoudas (RIb’N Reef Steakhouse) and the Torres brothers (Hogar Steakhouse) in the list of collaborators.

All these wonderful people will work under the direction of Jay Coldren, a gourmet market specialist whose CV includes positions at Time Out Market, Dean & DeLuca and the renowned Inn at Little Washington.

The opening of Le Fou Fou is scheduled for August 2024.
