The 13 Hours of France 2 takes you to Greece to discover… the salad Greek. The recipe is not very complicated, as long as you have the star element of the dish: the feta cheese.

Thursday August 11, 2022, the 13 Hours of France 2 continues its series on summer salads. Make way for a great classic revisited and ideal for these very hot weather: the Greek salad. Tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and of course feta cheese : a simple and typical dish of the Mediterranean diet that is eaten facing the sea. In Mykonos (Greece)it is a form of art of living.

To taste it properly, you have to cut the cheese yourself on your plate. For a salad for four people, you need two nice tomatoes, olives, a cucumber, a few onions, half a green pepper, salt, thyme, oregano and of course feta cheese. It only takes ten minutes to prepare. Indeed, it is enough to cut large pieces of each ingredient. The real secret is the freshness of the ingredients. Also, don’t forget the drizzle of olive oil.
