At the top of the list, donors will be able to try to get their hands on a Montreal Canadiens jersey, centennial edition, autographed by 17 hockey legends. In addition to Lafleur, the signatures of Jean Béliveau, Ken Dryden and Patrick Roy are also present.

Also on the list of number 10 signed collectibles for sale is a commemorative puck box, photo montage, Forum brick and stick.

“We sincerely hope that Quebecers will answer the call and try to get their hands on these exceptional collectibles,” said Pascale Bouchard, President and CEO of the Fondation du CHUM, in a press release. Their contributions will be invaluable to CHUM patients from all over Quebec.”

Remember that Guy Lafleur died on April 22 following lung cancer. He had spent the last months of his life acting as spokesperson for the Fondation du CHUM after receiving a first round of treatment there.

People will be able to bid online on the items of their choice from August 23 to 30 at the following site https://encanpro.ca/encans/tournoijonathandrouin2022. The auction will end at the Jonathan Drouin golf tournament on August 30 at Le Mirage golf club.

Several items signed by Drouin will be up for auction, including two Habs caps. A ball autographed by Gary Carter and a helmet signed by Joe Montana are also for sale.

In addition to sports memorabilia, numerous goods (a spa and gift boxes, among others) and packages for various golf clubs, restaurants and trips should also please several donors.
