follow the visit of the Minister of Transport this Tuesday

A ministerial visit this Tuesday in Indre. Clément Beaune, Minister Delegate in charge of Transport, is visiting our department to talk about the theme of innovative autonomous mobility. A visit that takes place in two stages.

The Minister first discovers, in the morning, the National Sports Shooting Center (CNTS) of Châteauroux-Déols. The site hosts the Kéolis company’s autonomous mobility test site. Several autonomous shuttles circulate on the site.

The afternoon will be devoted to mobility in rural areas. Clément Beaune will go to Brenne to make an initial assessment of the experiment underway in the sector for a few weeks: a driverless shuttle serving several municipalities in Brenne. The vehicle makes stops in Mézières-en-Brenne, Paulnay, Azay-le-Ferron and Martizay. The Minister will discuss this issue with local elected officials.
