This day of tribute has a European dimension since it is held on the anniversary of the attacks of March 11, 2004 in Madrid, twenty years ago.
A meeting with former students of Dominique Bernard. Before his speech, the Prime Minister will go to Gambetta middle school in Arras, which will remain open on Monday, to exchange with students and then teachers, and renew their “support of the Nation” five months after the tragedy.
