These starred chefs are presented with the famous red plate on Monday, which symbolizes excellence in their discipline. Marc Faivre, Romulad Fassenet and Jacques Barnachon are not competitors in life but real friends who value each other’s work and who like to get together to taste each other’s cuisine in a friendly atmosphere.

If the talent is found in the plates they cook, many basic products are those that we all have available like the cherry! And it is with this seasonal fruit that our chefs embark on a gourmet battle to accommodate the little red fruit! For dessert, or candied to accompany a fish, all the recipes are easily made at home and are in this new number of blue circuit on the flavor side!
