Florent Pagny in tears and comforted by Marc Lavoine: poignant images revealed

Vianney had not lied! In an interview given to TV 7 days at the beginning of February, the 30-year-old singer announced that a very emotional moment had occurred on the set of The Voice and had completely cracked Florent Pagny.

It is a candidate, Daniel, who is at the origin. At 66, he appeared on the tele-hook scene with the ambition of pay homage to his deceased wife. It was his disappearance that prompted the singer to return to singing after a few years of interruption. “I sang for more than 30 years, then one day, I didn’t want to anymore. It no longer gave me pleasure so I stopped singing. And then, unfortunately some time ago, I lost my wife and we were very close. And without searching, when I hadn’t played the piano, I have a song that came out of the piano without looking for the lyrics, without looking for the music“, he explained to the coaches.

A tender confidence that piqued the curiosity of Vianney, who immediately wanted to listen to Daniel’s very personal composition. “It would be a great honor for me to do it for you here.“, then accepted Daniel. It is therefore behind his piano that he sang for the love of his life, of whom he thinks every second of every day. “I knew that one day one of us was going to leave and it’s you my love who leaves me all our memories“, he intoned among others.

It didn’t take more for upset the judges in front of him, all touched in the heart. And more particularly Amel Bent and Florent Pagny, who simply did not hold back their tears. “Me, I imagined myself without my husband for 2 minutes and it upset me… It’s too well written“, commented Amel Bent. But the fact is rarer for the 60-year-old singer who is currently suffering from cancer. So much so that he was consoled by his friend Marc Lavoine, surprised to see him in this state. “I’ve never seen you like this. You are not the type! Damn, he made my Florent cry!“, dropped the one who would face “storms” with his young wife Line Papin.
