To make her chocolates, Florence des “Petites Douceurs de Flo” in Lalley, favors as much as possible ingredients of organic origin and local production: flour, eggs, fruits … and even plants (hydrosols among others) that she goes to look for a friend and neighbor “Plantamarine” in Monestier du Percy. For chocolate Florence is obviously obliged to go a little further than the region at Valrhona and Kaoka.
One thing is certain, the couverture chocolates are selected for their taste quality, their origin and their organic cultivation if possible. A real joy !
