Cocktail Invasion is back from September 20 to 30, with five activities. It starts in Quebec, on the 20th, with a “guest bartender” evening (Patricia Jeanson from La Distillerie), at the Cendrillon restaurant.

The official opening night takes place at the PHI Center on the 22nd, with tastings of cocktails and partner spirits of the event, appetizers and DJs.
The apéritivo on 28, at the Ratafia wine bar, looks very promising. Antipasti and cocktail menu exclusive to the evening are on the program.
The day reserved for industry professionals, the 26th, testifies to the educational mission of the festival. Finally, amateurs will also be able to improve their knowledge during cocktail workshops held on September 29 and 30.
