1st pedal stroke for the Pépinière Solidarity Triporteur
This electric-assisted three-wheeled bicycle, equipped with a bench seat at the front, can transport one or two people over distances of 3 km around the Pépinière social center. This includes all the city center, the north of Pau up to the hospital, part of Lons and Billère, up to the alleys of Morlaàs.
Drivers are volunteers who want to help and create social ties.

The first trip is offered to test the service.
Thereafter, you are asked to join the Center Social de la Pépinière and take a 10-trip card for 5 euros per card (i.e. 1euro round trip)
A service offered Monday to Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a 3-day delay between the call and your appointmentin order to prepare the trip as well as possible.

This initiative, led by Daphné Lecocq, is fully in line with the City of Pau’s anti-loneliness plan since it promotes social ties by offering people an affordable and safe means of transport, not to mention exchanges with the drivers of the scooter during the journey.
