A bewitching soul based on insolent groove characterizes the Pau group “Miss Bee & The Bullfrogs”. France Bleu Béarn Bigorre will record them this summer during the summer in Pau. The concert will take place on Saturday July 23, 2022 at 9 p.m. at the Théâtre De Verdure in Pau. During the same evening, the group Electro Deluxe is also programmed. The recording will be broadcast at the start of the school year on the program La Nouvelle Scène Aquitaine.

Miss Bee & The Bullfrogs have come a long way since the Showcase Jam Sessions in Pau where the four members of the group met. They have just won an award (EBC) which propels them for a festival in 2023 in Poland. More exactly the first EBC Prize of the Challenge Blues Français 2022 which took place during the Cognac Blues Passions festival this Thursday, July 7, 2022. A prize which will send them to represent France at the European Blues Challenge in Chorzów in Poland in June 2023. And that’s not all since they also won the special Cognac Blues Passions prize which programs them directly on the superb Blues Paradise stage of the festival during the next edition, this same stage where Ben Harper, Marcus King, among others, played Simple Minds and Francis Cabrel this year, proof that they made an impression during this challenge. Their next album Summer Solstice will be released at the end of September 2022. France Béarn Bigorre will not fail to let you discover it. In the meantime, The first title, “Summer Solstice” has just been released and has already received a very warm welcome.
