Fir trees are collected in Alsace

After the holidays, it’s not always easy to know what to do with your beautiful tree. One of the solutions that exist is the deposit in a recycling center in the dumpster dedicated to green space. Even more practical, many Alsatian towns set up collection systems like the Strasbourg Eurometropolis. We are taking stock in the four corners of the region.

In the Bas-Rhin:

  • Wissembourg, Altenstadt and Weiler: many collection points until January 14, 2022. The list here.

  • Sarre-Union: trees to be placed on the sidewalks from 8am between January 10 and 14, 2022.

  • Saverne: the city is setting up seven collectors distributed throughout the municipality until January 27, 2022.

  • Sélestat: skips are available until January 19, 2022 avenue du Président Poincaré, near the Notre-Dame de la Paix church, rue de la Brigade Alsace Lorraine near the stadium and behind the Tanzmatten car park.

  • Obernai and Haguenau: deposit of fir trees only in recycling centers.

In the Haut-Rhin:

  • Colmar: three places identified The nautical stadium car park, the Grillen car park and the Lacarre bus car park are waiting for you until January 16, 2022

  • Kaysersberg Vignoble: pick up on Mondays January 10 and 17, 2022. take out your tree on the pavement Sunday evening.

  • Munster: deposit of fir trees from Monday, January 10, 2022 until 21, place du 11 novembre, parking lot of the former Match supermarket and in front of the station.

  • Thann: the city invites you to drop off your tree on Fridays and Saturdays 7/8 and 14/15 January 2022 in a dumpster in the parking lot of the Center. The municipality which also invites you to come with a seal if you want leave with your mash for the happiness of your garden!

  • Neuf-Brisach: collection organized on January 12 and 19.

In Mulhouse:

11 drop-off areas are available to you until January 17, 2022.

In the Strasbourg Eurometropolis:

  • Collection Saturday January 8, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Place du Conseil des XV.
  • Collection Saturday January 8, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Place de Zurich in the Krutenau district.
  • Collection Saturday January 8, 2022 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Route d’Atlenheim Neuhof district and market place Neudorf district.

Place Broglie is a solidarity collection which is organized this Saturday January 8, 2022 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. by the Stra.ce association for the benefit of the General Federative Association of Students of Strasbourg, AFGES.
