Fillet of turbot pan-fried in olive oil accompanied by sautéed carrots with soy

To cook like a chef, here is the list of ingredients for 4 people and the recipe to follow step by step!

Ingredients

– 2 fillets of turbot from France

– 4 carrots

– 1 sachet of soy

– 1 bunch of coriander

– olive oil

– lamb’s lettuce

– 1 clove of garlic

– salt and pepper

Preparation

Finally, wash and slice the carrots, then cut them into julienne strips. Cook them in olive oil, add soy, chopped herbs and chopped garlic.

Start the turbot fillets skin side down: cook for 2 minutes on each side, season and bake for 6 minutes.

Deglaze the pan with the soy sauce and reduce until almost dry.

Assembly

Using a brush, draw a line of reduced soy and sprinkle with pink berries. Place a portion of soy carrots in a rectangular cookie cutter. Then, cut a turbot fillet in half and place it over a few flowers and the seasoned lamb’s lettuce.
