Fifteen Dordogne foie gras producers rewarded at the Salon de l’Agriculture

The General Agricultural Competition has made its first results public. As far as products made from goose or duck are concerned, 14 manufacturers in the Dordogne have been rewarded. As far as poultry is concerned, two productions obtain a medal.

Two medals were awarded to Périgord producers. SARL Palmi Périgord noir obtains the gold medal for its duck breast and the Pleinefage farm, sarl Tribier, obtains the silver medal for its duck breast.
