The program of the Cuisine, cinéma et confidences festival, which takes place in Baie-Saint-Paul from November 5 to 7, is enticing.

It will be an opportunity to discover the flavors and local tables, but also to have access to some of the greatest culinary talents of the province.

The Saturday evening gala meal, for example – a tribute to Expo 67 held at the Germain Charlevoix hotel – will be concocted with several hands by Dyan Salomon and Vanessa Laberge (Olive + Gourmando group), Simon Mathys (Mastard), Julien Masia (ARVI, co-restaurant of the year 2021 at Les Lauriers), Émile Tremblay and Sylvain Dervieux (Faux Bergers) and Catherine Méra, pastry chef.

Sommellerie will be in the spotlight when Jade Labonté Harvey and Joris Garcia will comment on the film Le nez, by Kim Nguyen, and will taste their favorites in Quebec wines with sommelier Véronique Dalle.

Gourmet tours, workshops, demonstrations, brunches, bookstore, boutique, tastings, exhibitions and other activities are part of the rich program of this fourth celebration of cinema and gastronomy in Charlevoix. It is good to know that Germain Charlevoix is ​​already sold out this weekend.
