The new Palomosa festival, which succeeds the MEG, will mark its first presentation in a beautiful way with the arrival of Kali Uchis and Gesaffelstein.
September 6 and 7, in addition to block party which will take place on the 5th, Parc Jean-Drapeau, in Montreal, will vibrate to the sounds of pop, rock, R&B and electro rhythms, from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The full lineup will be announced later, but we already know that Kali Uchis, who sings in English and Spanish, will close the festival on Saturday evening. The one who has already collaborated with Kaytranada, Peso Pluma and Tyler, The Creator released her fourth album, Orquideasat the beginning of the year.
The day before, “The Black Prince of French Techno” will have festival-goers dancing until the start of the night. Gesaffelstein, who launched his third album Gamma less than a month ago, just offered an impressive performance at the Coachella festival.
Palomosa will take place on two stages, one at Espace 67 and the other at Jardin Le Petit Prince. Food trucks and numerous bars will be scattered around the site.
