“I set myself the goal of making you happy, changing your mind and getting you out of your hell. I think I was off to a good start. Thank you for all these moments. […] I had a great time with you and I would like it to continue. You have no idea how much emptiness I have inside of me right now and I can’t believe what’s happening right now. You had a good future ahead of you and I think you felt it. I will miss you very much Josianne. I love you [sic]»
His message generated numerous comments, notably from the victim’s sister, who thanked him for having been a balm in Josianne’s life. Others mentioned what a good influence he was to her and how happy he made her.
