The Grand Est, nature parenthesis” exhibition of open-air photographs from the Faulquemont-Pontpierre golf course
Highlighting the flora and fauna near us, the first large format panels are in the forest with, for example, the king of butterflies, the MACHAON.
During this walk you may come across the Red Kite, one of the most endangered species of diurnal birds of prey in Lorraine.
At the edge of the pond on the golf course, we discover freshwater mussels, an interesting bio-indication will confirm our specialists:
- Olivier Henrion president of the association Parenthèse Nature
- Jean-Baptiste, naturalist and who listed the species on the course
- Stéphane Welker, Golf Director
Note, the labeling project for the Faulquemont – Pontpierre golf course is in the process of being implemented as “golf for biodiversity”.
“The Great East has a great diversity of natural environments and landscapes. This common heritage, sheltering an important faunal and floristic richness, is today threatens. The effects of climate change, but also of our lifestyles, production, travel and consumption are becoming tangible. (Parenthesis Nature)”.
