Carignan, which accounts for 50% of the blend here, is visibly at home on the schist soils of this beautiful appellation. Here it is well framed in its dense fruitiness, a hint of pepper, provided with this herbaceous touch which adds to the freshness. A red that offers body, consistency, frankness and sincerity. (5) ©
