Father Christmas makes his rounds in Toulouse and its surroundings

It’s the magic of Christmas! Father Christmas started his traditional tour yesterday, with his gifts to distribute to children but also to adults. And he stopped at the Gristi family this Friday, December 24, in Aucamville, north of Toulouse. A “total surprise” for little Raphaël, 4 years old, and his sister Louise, 11 years old.

Adults as moved as children

And it also works with adults. Besides, Santa Claus wonders “if it does not please adults as much as children. We see adults very moved each time, it brings back memories of childhood”, he says. Anne-Marie, Louise and Raphaël’s great aunt in Aucamville confirms, “I am totally in the magic of Christmas”.

Long-awaited moment: the unboxing of the gifts

But what we expect the most with the arrival of Santa Claus, it is obviously the gifts. Harry Potter figurines, books for the little ones, a Lightyear Buzz. “I made a list and got almost everything,” says Louise, “even though I told her I had done a few things wrong!”
