Madonna’s outfits for The Celebration Tour

Madonna has an inimitable look and it is in style that she returned to the stage with her tour The Celebration Tour which kicked off in London on October 14. While waiting to see her at the Bell Center in Montreal on January 18 and 20, 2024, her outfits are attracting attention. The queen of pop once again worked with Jean Paul Gaultier, who made an impression in 1990 with the famous conical strapless dress, for her tour Blond Ambition. This time, the French designer has reinvented a shiny black strapless dress, encrusted with black crystals, in homage to their years of collaboration. Madonna also wears a spectacular black shimmering jumpsuit by Versace, as does her daughter Estere during her performance on Vogue. Vetements artistic director Guram Gvasalia also created a lace bustier that Madonna wears with shorts and silver chains.

A collection of glasses signed Lecavalier

New Look launched last Tuesday an eyewear collection created in collaboration with Quebec fashion designer Marie-Ève Lecavalier, winner of the CAFA award for Women’s Fashion Designer of the Year in 2022. We recognize in this selection of frames the mix boldness and classicism that characterizes the designer’s work. Some models have a little futuristic side with their assumed geometric shape. The collection includes 16 models of glasses, ordinary or sunglasses, most of which are offered in three or four colors.

Tested and approved: hair scrub at the spa

The new Scrub scrub, from the Head Spa range, signed René Furterer, as well as two concentrates (soothing or energizing, as needed) from the collection

After body and face exfoliation, the new trend is here: in scalp exfoliation. René Furterer therefore offers a new natural purifying scrub with vegetable charcoal, in its new Head Spa range. If this Scrub with essential oils and sea salt is available in salons (and online), it is also possible to live the total hair spa experience.

This is what Les Garçons coiffureurs, boulevard Saint-Laurent, offers, among others, which also has a spa inspired by that of the brand, a pioneer in the field, boulevard des Capucines in Paris.

In an atmosphere of relaxation, health and beauty, this two-hour ritual begins with a careful analysis of the scalp using a capillary microscope (known as: capilliscope) to establish a diagnosis: oily skin, dry skin, hair loss, dandruff, this is where we determine the personalized treatment to come. Why your hair falls out, the consequences of excess sebum, and how to restore balance, you will know everything. Then follow, and depending on the treatment, a shea oil to nourish the lengths, a soothing and tasty head and neck massage, and finally the said scrub, based on a gray paste, quite refreshing, thank you. A balancing shampoo completes the gentle ritual, without forgetting the soothing serum based on eucalyptus and menthol, for a guaranteed impression of freshness, with a solid taste of coming back to it. A healthy treatment for a lighter head and invigorated hair, which does immense good. We come back, or we give the experience as a gift, without hesitation.

  • Scrub Head Spa, René Furterer, $62 for 150 ml
  • Two-hour ritual: $95 (women, mid-length hair, $80 for men)
  • Express ritual (30 min, without hair diagnosis): from $40
