Starting Monday, vaccines against COVID-19 and flu will be offered free of charge in RPAs and CHSLDs and, starting October 10, to the general population.
The national director of public health, Dr Luc Boileau gave details of the campaign this afternoon, as COVID-19 cases increase in Quebec.
The Dr Boileau, who was accompanied by Caroline Quach-Thanh, pediatrician, microbiologist-infectious disease specialist at CHU Sainte-Justine and president of the Committee on Immunization of Quebec (CIQ), reminded Quebecers who have symptoms of COVID or other virus to cover your face and wash your hands.
