Fall at the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth

A sign that life is really resuming its normal course, the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth announces the reopening of almost all of its gourmet spaces for an autumn which, we hope, should be one of reunion.

Thus, the magnificent bar Nacarat reopens today, after months of famine; the opportunity to taste its exceptional cocktails and nibble a few bites to the sound of music from local DJs.

The Rosélys restaurant and its new chef, Edgar Trudeau-Ferrin, are offering this Saturday, October 23 a special event for one day only: afternoon tea, which will take place directly in the bright dining room, from noon to 3 p.m. h (reservation required by phone). On the menu, scones, foie gras macaroons, egg mimosa or berry tart. Chic!

Other novelties on the Rosélys side: 5 to 7 “Marée et jazz”, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with a jazz trio and a special menu of seafood platters, and the brand new “late breakfasts” on Saturdays, served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., in addition to the traditional Sunday brunch offer, with a menu halfway between lunch and dinner.

Finally, if the Artisans Market remains closed for the moment, the Kréma café, located in the hotel lobby, is resuming its activities immediately.
