As a committed player in its territory, the Chamber offers a tour of its exhibitions in Alsatian.
This unique mediation action in the cultural field makes it possible to offer the dialect-speaking public a new approach to contemporary art in general and photography in particular. These visits are carried outs by Bénédicte Matz, mediator in Alsatian language / Saturday November 6, 2021 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
– Dolores Marat –
Since the 1980s, Dolores Marat travels the world, capturing with his keen eye seemingly banal scenes to reveal their poetry. Guided by the emotion of the moment, she accumulates images of remarkable visual coherence, where a mysterious and dreamlike atmosphere reigns. She only works in film, develops with the Fresson process and, more recently, on Japanese paper.
The artist remains faithful to silver photography and the old charcoal printing technique known as Fresson.
