Exclusive video: henchmen of kingpin Dave “Pic” Turmel filmed themselves beating and torturing two Hells Angels relatives

Henchmen from the gang led by kingpin Dave “Pic” Turmel filmed themselves beating and torturing two Hells Angels associates in recent days in a dramatic display of violence reminiscent of the ruthless cartels Mexican drug dealers.

This video of incredible brutality, obtained by our Bureau of Investigation and authenticated by police sources, notably shows a man linked to the bikers having his ear cut off.

The recording shows how far this gang of opponents of the Hells seems ready to go in the conflict between drug traffickers which has shaken the greater Capitale-Nationale region for a year.

This conflict notably left one dead and three injured in Saint-Malachie and Cap-Saint-Ignace in the last few hours.

“You’re going to work for BFM!”

On the video, we first see a first individual associated with the bikers after having been beaten in the face.

Despite his two eyes being swollen and almost completely closed, he cannot ignore the barrel of a gun which is pointed in his direction by one of the Turmel clan’s bugbears.

“Tell me you’re going to work for BFM!”, one of the bully-boys then shouts insistently at him, the abbreviation of the name of the gang led by Dave Turmel, the Blood Family Mafia.

The injured man agrees without complaining.

Severed ear

Then, we can see a second man linked to the Hells, having his ear cut off with a bladed weapon by another Turmel enforcer.

Covered in blood and visibly in pain, the second victim then delivers a message that his torturers ordered him to say to the camera, while one of them brandishes the piece of severed ear close to him.

All this is “because of Mario Auger, Banana Auger,” repeats the wounded man in a terrified voice, speaking of this influential member in good standing of the Hells of the Quebec chapter.

Hells Angels Mario Auger would receive a 10% royalty on drugs sold in Bellechasse.

According to police documents that we were able to consult, Mario “Banane” Auger would be one of the Hells Angels who would receive a “tax” from traffickers authorized to sell narcotics in the Bellechasse region, where the attack was allegedly carried out, i.e. royalties corresponding to 10% of the drugs sold on this market.

It is this tax that independent traffickers and those from street gangs, who have rallied behind the young kingpin Turmel, have now refused to pay to the Hells for a year in order to be able to keep “all of the income”, as specified by the director of the Quebec City Police Department, Denis Turcotte, on the show I broadcast on this subject last Friday.

Like the Mexican cartels

It is to such methods of intimidation immortalized on video and inspired by the dangerous Mexican drug cartels that our Bureau of Investigation referred to in a report published last Saturday, where we painted the singular portrait of the boss Dave “Pic » Turmel.

According to our sources, there is no doubt that the violent armed and filmed attack of which the two Hells sympathizers were victims this weekend was ordered by Turmel or his lieutenants.

The standoff between the gang of the young 27-year-old boss and the powerful gang of criminal bikers who control the provincial drug market is at the origin of a wave of violent crimes in the greater Quebec region.

This dark series began on March 7, 2023 when shots were fired at the residence of Hells Mathieu Pelletier, whom the police identify as Dave Turmel’s former narcotics supplier.

Other Hells properties or businesses have since been the targets of gunshots and Molotov cocktail arsons, including their premises in Frampton, in Beauce, two months ago.

Michel “Doune” Guérin, a former Hells prospect who had been responsible for resolving the conflict and ensuring the payment of taxes to bikers, was shot and killed near his house in the Charlesbourg sector on November 27.

Dave Turmel, who has been wanted by Quebec police for more than six months for crimes related to drugs and violence, fled the country, but he continues to lead his rebellion from a distance. According to our sources, he is hiding in Portugal.
