Magali Berdah, known for her role with reality TV candidates and influencers, is in mourning. Her sister-in-law and her companion were found dead in an apartment hotel in Allauch, in the mouths of the Rhône on Sunday, October 10, 2021. The two victims were found lying down and naked in a pool of blood. The death was allegedly caused by stab wounds. A discovery made by the couple’s children, worried about not having any more news. In the aftermath of the tragedy, a suspect was arrested by local authorities. The man, in his fifties, lived in an apartment adjoining that of the victims.
Touched in the heart by this terrible tragedy, Magali Berdah spoke on Wednesday, November 3 to detail the judicial follow-up to this dark affair. “Tomorrow begins the journey which will lead us to long years of combat “, she begins. “The confrontation with this vile monster will not frighten us. And yes because he has the right to ask to be released a few days after his imprisonment“, explains Stéphane Teboul’s partner.
“We have no answers but we may have some in front of him tomorrow. In front of his gaze, his arrogance it seems. […] This presumed innocent, yet all the elements overwhelm, tries the bet of his freedom with the greatest cynicism and a coldness which even led him to comfort my niece while his hand was freshly washed with the blood of his mother.“, continues Magali Berdah in a message posted on an Instagram story.
The defendant would have seen his request for release refused
According to our information, the accused did not bother to go to court this morning, although it was he himself who requested this hearing. His presence would also have allowed the families to hear for the first time an explanation of the charges against him. He would therefore have finally refused his extraction from the prison where he is provisionally imprisoned. Faced with this refusal and the visibly unpredictable behavior of the defendant, his request for release was therefore refused. Much to the relief of Magali Berdah, who posted the following message a few minutes ago: “A battle won!“
