- Bastien Blanc-Tailor is recognized as one of the best pastry chefs of wedding cakes in France and in Europe, and in his Parisian workshop, he makes bespoke wedding cakes by hand;
- Arnaud Lahrer is a pastry chef, best worker in France, owner of three shops in Paris;
- Claire Heitzler is a committed pastry chef, recipient of numerous awards, who opened her online pastry shop called Claire Heitzler & Producers as well as a workshop in Levallois-Perret (Hauts-de-Seine).
