But hydration is not just about drinking water. Food also plays a very big role in keeping the body hydrated. Discover this non-exhaustive list of all the foods and drinks your body needs in case of hot weather to compensate for losses in urine, perspiration or breathing.

What to drink to avoid dehydration

  • water (can be flavored with fruit slices or fresh mint);
  • milk ;
  • tea, herbal teas, infusions or coffee, fresh or lukewarm;
  • fruit juice without added sugar;
  • gazpacho or cold soup.

And eat
