His outreach work as a speaker earned him the Douglas Utting Foundation Medal. A work that he nevertheless accomplishes discreetly, rather far from the spotlight, at least until recently. “I know that I saved the world,” admits the one who offered to provide moral support to the young players of the Canadian but who is no longer waiting for a return call.
