On Sunday, Fisun Ercan, chef of the Bika farmer’s table, will cook with Marc Cohen and his team at the Lawrence restaurant.
Profits from this dinner will be donated to the AKUT organization to help those affected by the devastating earthquakes that occurred in southern Turkey on February 6th. It is not enough to reserve a table to have access to this unique dinner. A minimum donation of US$75 per person (with proof!) will be required. This will cover the cost of the four-course meal, but not the drinks. Details can be found in Instagram posts from Lawrence and Bika.
Meanwhile, the Cabaret l’Enfer receives Samuel Sirois and Léandre Legault-Vigneau, who represented Canada at the Bocuse d’Or 2023, in Lyon. On Sunday and Monday evening, they will draw inspiration from the recipes they have perfected over four years of preparation. Profits will be donated to the organization Chefs Canada to finance the next participants between now and the contest.
