Events | Gourmet discoveries at the Quebec Carnival

For his 70e anniversary, the Quebec Carnival places great emphasis on gourmet discoveries, first with an extended version of the Bubbles, Whiskey & Gastronomy show, but also with the Gourmet Sins section of the Carnival.

Presented at the Voltigeurs de Québec Armory, Bulles, Whiskey & Gastronomy returns for the eighth year, from 1er as of February 3, with no less than 350 products: gins, vodkas, tequilas, rums, whiskeys, champagnes, sparkling wines and proseccos, in addition to non-alcoholic products.

We will also take the opportunity to inaugurate the POP Zone, which will be mainly dedicated to the discovery of sparkling wines and refined bubbles.

As for the Gourmet Sins of Carnival, more than 50 restaurants in the Old Capital offer from January 25 to February 11 specially decadent dishes for carnival-goers who need to warm up.

Participating restaurants include the Cochon Dingue branches in Quebec and Lévis, Brasserie Les Mordus, Bistro Le Sam du Fairmont e Château Frontenac, Le Trèfle Limoilou and Bistro l’Atelier.
