This weekend, two major events are taking place in Old Montreal and Terrebonne.

First, the large gathering “The first Fridays” celebrates its 10e birthday at Quai de l’Horloge. There will be many exhibitors: Calaveras, Di Lallo Burger, Spice Bros, Le Petit Vibe, Ono Pokii, Jerry, Boom j’s, Armandos BBQ, Lobster Box, Mignon Churros, Lucille’s, Poutine Factory, Smoking BBQ, Maquis Yasolo, Paella Montreal and many others.
There will be a $3 entry fee which will also provide access to a draw for a trip for two to Venice Beach, California to attend First Fridays in 2023. Additionally, the 10e anniversary will conclude on Sunday, August 7 with a view of the special fireworks display of Loto-Québec’s Grands Feux.
The Terrebonne Wine and History Festival is back in force after a mandatory break in 2020 and 2021. On Île-des-Moulins, some twenty exhibitors will offer a taste of a few hundred products. Specialists Michelle Bouffard, Jessica Harnois, Vincent Laniel and Samie Pépin will lead conferences and tastings. It runs until Sunday, 5 p.m.
